About Natasha

The value of change comes from who you become while you work toward it.

About me

I grew up on Oʻahu, Hawaiʻi, and that experience deeply shaped how I connect with people, culture, and relationships. I wanted my practice to reflect that. My hope is to bring a bit of that intangible aloha spirit into our work, along with some pop culture and a little sarcasm. To me, therapy is one of the most human things we can do. It’s a space to be seen without performing, to say the quiet parts out loud, and to make sense of your story as you continue to write it in real time.

BA in Education California Lutheran University

Master's in Guidance and Counseling Loyola Marymount University

Licensed Mental Health Counseling Associate Washington State

Before becoming a therapist, I spent nearly a decade in higher education and corporate tech, including DEI recruiting at Google, Twitter, and Meta. That experience gave me a deep understanding of high-pressure environments, identity at work, and what it means to be high-functioning while quietly struggling.

I look forward to working with you.

Why I do this work
Too often, therapy feels like something you ‘should’ do.

Stiff, impersonal, or disconnected from your real life. I wanted to create a different kind of space. A place where you can talk about what's actually going on. Where we work together to untangle patterns, build tools that fit your life, and help you reconnect with what matters to you.

What therapy with me feels like

Collaborative

You're the expert on your life. I bring the tools, frameworks, and perspective—but we figure it out together.

Real

No therapy jargon or fake formality. Just honest, grounded conversations about what's actually happening.

Practical

We'll build tools you can actually use—emotional regulation strategies, thought reframes, and ways to work with (not against) your brain.
